8 St Thomas is the former Airview Towers as well as Chez Bright Apartments that was successfully brought by Bukit Sembawang Estates.

My personal review regarding the launch will be given which covers all the essential perspectives.

8 St Thomas is a Freehold condominium situated in one of the preferred address in Singapore (St Thomas Walk, off River Valley Road) at District 09.

The project will launch in 2018.

Details about the development

This new condominium i.e. 8 Saint Thomas which is 28,000sqm consists of 219 units with two blocks and both blocks have a total of 35 and 36 storeys each.

Besides that, nestled in the heart of Orchard, 8 St Thomas is just a short walk away from the Somerset MRT station, as well as the upcoming Great World City MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL).

The roads and amenities are convenient for both investors and visitors.

These 256 units of 8 St Thomas surely provide access to all the locations nearby with complete ease. You many also like 8 St Thomas Floor Plan

Families look for places which provide a complete package for both children and adults.
