Ayer Rajah Community Club
Benefit from the Ayer Rajah Community Club Singapore
Ayer Rajah CC initially appears to be a relatively typical CC. However, there is a lovely garden Tucked away on the third floor of the three-story building, where you may take in the cool evening breeze while surrounded by vegetation. An interest club that meets every Friday takes care of the bonsais in the garden. Two ponds used to raise koi fish are also part of the Ayer Rajah Community Club.
The CC gets built to be barrier-free and give greater accessibility for the elderly and disabled with the standard facilities. Additionally, they provide senior citizen day care services.
Visit Ayer Rajah Community Club if you’d want to participate in the activity, join the bonsai interest group, or feed the fish!

Hatha Yoga (Elementary)
Learn the fundamentals of hatha yoga, an Age-old form of exercise that uses some postures (asanas) to heal, tone, and rejuvenate the body while promoting calmness and tranquility. The program teaches fundamental yoga positions and breathing methods to help nourish the body and mind. It is suitable for people of all ages and in areas of life. It will demonstrate how pursuing inner harmony and tranquility via yoga practice is possible. Children benefit from the course by getting a head start on learning colors, shapes, and lines and having the chance to interact with their peers and exercise their creative faculties. They will be encouraged to discuss their daily experiences to help them fresh ideas for their drawings and experiment with different Creative materials besides drawing and coloring.
As it is in charge of supplying vital energy and blood circulation to maintain the regular operation of all organs and physiological systems, the meridian system is the most significant in the human body. Three acupoints get massaged in the 312 meridian workout, and abdominal breathing stimulates the nine meridians that run through your abdomen. And then both of your legs get worked out to activate all of your body’s meridians. By following these three procedures, you may keep your body and mind in good physical and mental health by coordinating the operations of all your organs.
