Know All About Bedok Community Centre Singapore

The CC offers a place of fun and activities for sports fans and is situated across from the Bedok Swimming Complex and minutes away from the Bedok MRT station and bus interchange. Various sporting facilities are available at the CC, including gateball courts, sheltered basketball courts, and badminton courts. In addition to sports, the Bedok Community Centre has wireless broadband access.

Bedok CACC & Bougainvillea RC – Nagomi Interest Group (Physical Session) – elderly living in Bedok 55 years and older can participate in the Nagomi Interest Group Physical Session. Beginning on April 9, a session will be held every Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Bedok Bougainvillea RC.

Bedok CACC – Nagomi Virtual Interest Group via Zoom – east Coast or Bedok locals can join the Nagomi Virtual Interest Group. Beginning on April 9, the session will be held via the Zoom platform every Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m.

Bedok CACC & Sunflower RC – Nagomi Interest Group (Physical Session) – elderly living in Bedok who are 55 years of age and older get invited to the Nagomi Interest Group Physical Session. Beginning on April 9, a session will be held every Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Bedok Sunflower RC.

The Modern Dance

Modern dance, established in the early 20th century, is more concerned with freestyle and self-expression than specific skills. It is typically practiced barefoot, is more loose and radical, and places a big emphasis on feelings and moods.

Pilates – Matwork for Beginners

Feel younger, more flexible, stronger, and more fit! To experience that wonderful feeling, put the eight Pilates methodology principles into practice, which you can do by studying through this program. As you use the Dyna band to work out, it will help you develop skills in fluid movement, focus, breathing, isolation, precision, centering, control, and routine.

Taijiquan

Taijiquan is a traditional martial art and training that originated in ancient China. Taijiquan has a wide variety of styles, yet they all adhere to the same essential principles: the unification of internal energy (qi), continuous movement, focusing, establishing roots, and relaxed alertness. In addition to its health advantages, Taijiquan fosters spiritual development and gives students skills in self-defense.

Recreational Karaoke Pop Singing (Mandarin)

The foundations of singing, breathing methods, and diaphragm exercises will get taught to participants. They will also study musical pace and pronunciation. It also emphasizes reading simple musical notation.

Line Dance (Adult) – Advanced

This course covers the following topics:

(a) Country line dancing while listening to the music

(b) Follow the Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba, Pasodoble, and Jive in a Latin line dance;

(c) American line – A fusion of Disco Rock, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Mambo, Waltz, Tango, Country Line Dance, and Latin Line Dance.
