Changi City Point: The More Details You Can Gather
A Changi City Point centre called Changi City Point is opposite the Expo MRT station in Singapore, next to Changi Business Park. It began to be built in June 2010 and finished in November 2011.
This mall is well-known for housing factory outlets for numerous companies, including Pedro, Adidas, Nike, and Lacoste. On level 3, the top floor, there is a designed rooftop garden with landscaping and a wet and dry playground. Cold Storage, Kopitiam, and Challenger are all anchor tenants.
Construction:
Ascendas Frasers and Ascendas Development, who jointly owned Changi City Point, sold it to Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) in 2014 for $305 million.
Easily accessible from Changi Airport! It provides a children’s playground, “The Arena @ L3” outdoor amphitheatre, and a rooftop garden – has tastefully manicured.
Stores in them:
Along with prominent merchants like Challenger, Jollibee, FairPrice Finest, and many others, Changi City Point is home to well-known outlet stores – Nike Factory Store, Adidas Outlet, and PUMA Outlet. Hey Long Cha, ManNa Korean, Muyoo Bakery, The Dim Sum Place, and The White Tiffin are other distinctive food and beverage concepts.
The mall is also the location of ART: DIS, a renowned nonprofit organisation that fosters study and employment opportunities in the arts for people with disabilities to promote social inclusion.

Courtyards
For a place to relax in peace within a verdant landscape? The ideal location for you is in our courtyards, on Level 1 and Basement 1. Stroll along the picturesque trail and take a breath of fresh air.
Viva Palma
Participants in the Changi precinct formed “PALMA VIVA.” The phrase “garden within a city” refers to the architectural concept and the art piece. The interactive components of the installation reflect the coexistence of Changi City Point and the neighbourhoods around it.
The installation design – has a feeling of exotic escapism and was influenced by botanical Peranakan patterns and Singapore’s tropical surroundings. The work illustrates how imagination collides with reality in a physical setting and echoes the history and variety of the neighbourhood.
