Since we announced the new multi-story integrated development in Chong Pang, it has been more than a year. The current community center will demolish, and a 4.0-meter-tall temporary hoarding will build to shield your home from noise and dust. Integrated Chong Pang Development:
The first neighborhood town center in Yishun New Town’s 0.9ha development get expected to finish in 2027. The Chong Pang Community Club (CC) site will be the location of the multi-story construction provisionally known as Chill @ Chong Pang. These addresses are Block 102 Yishun Avenue 5 and Yishun Ring Road. The block will bring, and the CC will renovate it.
