About Choices Program
Church of Our Saviour started the program Choices in 1991 to help persons “who battle homosexuality regain their divinely intended sexual identity. Clients get the tools they need to take charge of preserving their moral and interpersonal integrity by overcoming same-sex urges. ” Choices provides a safe space for self-expression, self-discovery, growth, and transformation to accomplish its objectives; it is essentially a religiously based sexual orientation conversion therapy. To “find life outside the control of homosexuality ” also emphasizes the importance of having a supportive environment and network.
