The renovated polyclinic will continue to offer a full range of primary health care services. Medical treatment is acute diseases, chronic disease management, women’s and children’s health services, radiographic, laboratory and pharmacy services package. It will be more accessible to the elderly. MOH will publish further information about the site as it is available. Until the new polyclinic is ready, residents will serve the existing CLEMENTI POLYCLINIC. With its opening in 1980, Clementi Polyclinic is one of Singapore’s oldest polyclinics.
