Jurong Green Community Club:
The Jurong Green Community Club is a gathering spot for art and music enthusiasts. In addition to its varied performances in concert venues, the Mus’Art Wind Orchestra (MWO), created in 1998 under the leadership of the CC, often takes music during joyful moments. The MWO has received multiple World Music Contest (WMC) accolades, including a Gold Award (in Division 1) at the 16th WMC (2009) in Kerkrade, The Netherlands, a Gold Award (in Division 2) at the 15th WMC (2005), and a 2nd Prize (in the 3rd Division) in the 14th CMM.
The Yilin Art Club, which gathers art lovers, conducts a significant biennial art show exhibiting works by well-known local and foreign artists and students. Tea enthusiasts are welcome to join the Tea Appreciation Club, which meets weekly for tea-related activities. Jurong Green CC also holds the distinction of being the first CC to house a McDonald’s restaurant. Inquire about available services and amenities by calling.
Facilities:
Karaoke clubs:
Karaoke clubs are similar to nightclubs in bars, dance floors, stages, and DJs – the goal is to have fun. The main distinction is that a karaoke bar includes an entertainment component since the individuals who go there provide entertainment by performing in front of their friends.
Badminton court:
A badminton court is typically built on a hardwood floor and covered with synthetic mats. The courts are to cushion and soothe shooters as they move over the playing surface, outwitting their opponents with spikes and creative shots to earn points. As a result, it is critical to keep the pitch surface clean and acceptable. Singles and doubles tournaments are available on a badminton court.
Music Room:
The skill of organizing sounds in time through the elements of melody, harmony, rhythm, and pace is known as music. Pitch, melody, and rhythm are all components of music. The melody can be with various instruments and vocal methods, including singing and rapping.
The pupils have access to all essential musical equipment. The music department offers both vocal and instrumental Indian classical music to pupils. Interested students can study both modern and traditional dances and melodies. The music room is soundproof, and the prime area is a separate resonant resistance practice room.
Basketball Court:
The basketball court is the playing surface in basketball, consisting of a rectangular floor with hoops at either end. Indoor basketball courts are typically composed of polished wood, generally maple, with rims that are 10 feet high on each basket. Exterior surfaces are constructed frequently of common paving materials such as concrete or asphalt.
