Following a significant fire at Bukit Ho Swee, it initially began as a ministry to the Cantonese-speaking community along Kim Tian Road. Now a multi-generational family church, Kovan MRT is nearby at 811 Upper Serangoon Road. Since its incorporation in 2008, the Kim tian christian church singapore has been an active organization in Singapore for 13 years and ten months. English Service:
The English Service is now studying the difficulties of a developing community of faith as part of a sermon series called Becoming A Community of Saints through the book of 1 Corinthians. Sundays at 9:00 a.m.Kim Tian Christian Church offers English services at Moriah ES Hall (take the rear carpark lift to level 2).
Principles of Faith:
We regard God as all-powerful, all-present, all-knowing, all-loving, and all-just. The Word of God; Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He was born of the virgin Mary and is the eternal God who is one with the Father. He died on the cross and rose again three days later as payment for all of humanity’s sins. He went to heaven, and when the time comes, he will come back to judge both the living and the dead. The Father and the Son are joined in power and majesty by the Holy Spirit. He continues the mission of the Son and the eternal God on this planet by convicting sinners. The Old and New Testaments of the Bible as the inerrant, divinely-inspired text that forms the basis of our doctrine. Man is intrinsically sinful, and his only chance for salvation is through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
