Kingsford Development Pte Ltd (“Kingsford Development”), founded in Singapore in 2011, is a subsidiary of the Kingsford Group, which is engaged in a variety of sectors such as real estate development, property management, and manufacturing. The Kingsford Group’s real estate businesses are focused on commercial and residential buildings and span China and Australia.

Kingsford Development began property development in 2012 with Kingsford Hillview Peak, a 512-unit condominium on Hillview Avenue, after seeing the potential in Singapore’s housing market. It subsequently moved on to build Kingsford Waterbay, a 1,165-unit condominium, retail businesses, and a childcare facility at Upper Serangoon View. Normanton Park, a residential complex with 1,862 units and retail outlets, is now under construction by Kingsford Development.

Your Personal Information is solely used to provide and improve the Site. You consent to the collection and use of information in line with this policy by using the Site.

Data from the Logs

We gather information that your browser transmits whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”), as do many other site operators. This Log Data may comprise information such as your computer’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you view, the time and date of your visit, the amount of time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Rules and Regulations

By entering this Lucky Draw, the participant agrees to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions, as well as the Organiser’s decisions regarding and in connection with this Lucky Draw.

Participants would be the Purchaser(s) and Representative(s) of an Eligible Unit. The following are the rules for this Lucky Draw:

An Eligible Unit is one of the first 800 strata units in the Normanton Park project for which the Purchaser(s) I signed and returned the Sale & Purchase Agreement within 3 weeks of receipt; and (ii) fully paid 20% of the purchase price of that unit within 8 weeks of the date of issue of the Option to Purchase, as determined by the Organiser.

The licensed real estate salesperson(s) is/are specified on the Particulars Form of the Eligible Unit submitted to the Organiser as the Representative(s) of an Eligible Unit (as described immediately above).

Individuals or corporations may be the purchasers.

Two (2) Lucky Draw tickets will be supplied for each Eligible Unit, one (1) to the Purchaser(s) and the other (1) to the Representative (s).

Employees of the Organiser, whether permanent or contract, and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draw.

The Organiser has complete control over who is eligible to participate. Such a decision is final and conclusive, and the Organiser is under no need to provide a rationale for it.

The Organiser will inform the Participants of the day and time of the Lucky Draw by [email and post] after the Eligible Units have been determined by the Organiser. After the Eligible Units have been selected, the Lucky Draw will be held within 90 days. The Lucky Draw will take place at the Normanton Park Sales Gallery or another site as determined by the organizers. The Lucky Draw results will be published in The Straits Times and LianHe ZaoBao within [seven (7) days of the winners being determined].

Prize cars cannot be partly or completely transferred or exchanged for cash, credits, or any other item or service.

Insofar as they are not clearly mentioned as part of the prize, the winner of any Prize Car is liable for any ancillary and extra expenditures resulting from the usage of the Prize Car.

The Organiser’s decisions on the Lucky Draw are final, decisive, and binding. The Organiser is not obligated to provide any justification or participate into any discussion with anybody about the Lucky Draw.

The Organiser reserves the right to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Lucky Draw, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, without prior notice, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.

The Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with, the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the Prize Cars in any way, including, but not limited to, prize fulfillment, any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice that is misdirected and/or lost in the mail, loss of income, profits, or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser’s cancellation, termination, or suspension of this Lucky Draw does not entitle any party to make a claim or seek compensation from the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.

If these Terms and Conditions conflict with any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials connected to or in conjunction with the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

The Participants are deemed to have consented to the Organiser collecting, using, and disclosing their name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without payment or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The laws of the Republic of Singapore govern the Lucky Draw and these Terms and Conditions, and all Participants (including the winners) are assumed to have consented to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

A person who is not a party to any agreement regulated by these terms and conditions has no rights to enforce any of the provisions of that agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B).
