On Singapore’s Orchard Road, Lucky Plaza is a high-rise residential complex built on a freehold block of land. Far East Organization, one of Singapore’s most well-known property developers, is the developer of this project. The mall’s most remarkable feature is the construction of two sets of glass-walled lifts or Observatory (Bubble) lifts with air conditioning instead of fans. It attracts locals and tourists because it is the first of its kind in the Republic. The shopping mall boasts the most escalators of any commercial complex in Malaysia and Singapore, with 26 two-way escalators. All shopping floors are easily accessible thanks to eight high-speed passenger lifts and several spacious stairs strategically placed throughout the building.

Electronics, fragrances, cosmetics, shoes, and sporting equipment are available in Lucky Plaza. In the basement, there is a food court that serves local cuisine. McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Jollibee’s, and other eateries, including the main branch of an Ayam Penyet business, are among the other eateries in the building.

Planning:

From the basement to the sixth floor, the shopping mall houses approximately 500 retail stores, medical centres, food and beverage outlets, and 88 residential units from the ninth to the thirty-first floors. Covered parking gets offered from the fourth to the eighth stories.
