Marsiling Park Playground
Everything you need to know about the Marsiling Park Playground
Marsiling Park is a haven of serenity and tranquility with its rich foliage and pleasant atmosphere. The park, formerly known as Woodlands Town Garden, offers a wide range of activities and services to visitors of all ages. Visitors can enjoy the view of the lovely pond from the viewing tower or boardwalks, especially in the evenings, when the lighting is curated to make use of the water’s reflections to produce a unique illumination effect. The one-of-a-kind butterfly-shaped playground with climbing ropes offers children a demanding play experience, while the Fun Play area features interactive play equipment with musical aspects. Butterfly-attracting plants and informative explanatory boards are being put around the playground and along the Marsiling Park Playground western perimeter, which will appeal to natural attraction. The activity plaza can also use for community events, and the theater has a rain garden.
Butterfly Playground:
The one-of-a-kind butterfly-shaped playground with climbing ropes offers children a demanding play experience, while the Fun Play area features interactive play equipment with musical aspects. The butterfly-attracting plants and informative interpretive boards get added around the playground, and the improved mangrove habitat along the Marsiling Park Playground western boundary will appeal to nature lovers. The activity plaza and amphitheater include a rain garden that can also use for community events. More climbing “saucers” and rope hammock swings can find beneath the butterfly’s wings. The Marsiling Park Butterfly Playground is near a Butterfly Corner, which gets planted with butterfly-attracting plants. See if you can spot butterflies like Lemon Emigrants, Blue Pansies, and Painted Jezebels in the area.
Musical Playground:
If you’re wondering if the Marsiling Park Playgrounds have any slides, you’ll find them in the Musical Playground. A lime green play tower with two slides can find on the playground. It also contains a lovely set of crocodile and mushroom stepping stones that lead back to the middle of the play structure. Perfect for kids who want to imagine they’re trying to stay out of the river. The musical playground gets named after the row of musical instruments that line up against the Marsiling Park Playground lake. This ensemble consists of tubular bells, congas, a xylophone, a bell lyre, and hand percussion. This musical setup allows children to “jam” together.
Ribbon Playscape and Swings:
The fourth of the Marsiling Park Playgrounds is located just across from the Marsiling Park Playground cafe. The Ribbon Playscape is a slope-side installation of brightly colored tubes with benches and swings. It helps guests relax and unwind when strolling through the Ribbon Playscape or swinging in the breeze on one of the swings. This area is also right in front of Mr. Teh Tarik Cartel, where you can get some beverages and sample some local cuisine.
