SingHealth Polyclinics is a network of nine polyclinics managed by SingHealth Group. The polyclinics provide primary healthcare services to the community, and play an integral role in promoting health and well-being. The polyclinics offer a wide range of services such as acute care, maternity care, family health care, and chronic disease management. In addition to providing healthcare services, the polyclinics also offer various educational programmes to improve people’s health. Outram is home to several key municipal buildings, such as Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and several other specialist health centres operated by Singapore Health Services (SingHealth). These facilities provide essential healthcare to residents of the area. Additionally, Outram is also home to major educational institutions, such as the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
The Seventh-day Adventist Church follows a closed Sunday and open Monday schedule. This means that businesses and government institutions are closed on Sunday, while most people have the day off. On Monday, the business and governmental institutions are open from 8am to 11am, followed by a lunch break at 1pm. From 1pm to 4pm, people are free to do what they please. The Seventh-day Adventist Church then follows the same schedule on Tuesday through Friday. The 65 6643 6969 telephone line provides appointments for X-Ray and Mammography. The line is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 5pm.
