Street Location

Park Colonial Condo is in Woodleigh Ln.

This position will allow the future residents of the property access to some of the most vital highways in Singapore.

Firstly, when you drive down the Woodleigh Ln and turn right after the Stamford American International School, you will enter theUpper Serangoon road that finally will take you to the PIE (Pan Island Expressway).

PIE is not the only expressway that contributes to the value of Park Colonial’s location.

CTE and PIE intersect near St. Andrew’s School.

CTE (Central Expressway) can be approached from different directions.

The first one, the above-mentioned PIE is one of the choices, and the other is via Upper Aljunied and Aljunied Road.

KPE is also placed in the vicinity.

KPE will take you to the Kallang and Paya Lebar but you ill also extend your outreach to other expressways such as MCP and ECP.

Park Colonial is also placed along the Kallang River.

Kallang River is the longest river in Singapore.

Potong Pasir is the second closest MRT to Park Colonial.

By walking you will be there in only 11 minutes.

Just like Woodleigh MRT, it is situated in the Upper Serangoon Road.

You can also get here by public transport.

You will have to use the Woodleigh MRT from where the train you need goes every five minutes and takes 11 minutes to the Potong Pasir MRT.

Car is the fastest means of transport to the Potong Pasir MRT and it will take you no more than five minutes.

MacPherson MRT is one more significant train station nearby.

In terms of walking distance or the bus-drive distance, it is unfortunately pretty far away.

By car, nevertheless, you can reach it in just 8 minutes.

You will have to pass through the Upper Serangoon and Upper Aljunied roads to enter the MacPherson road where the MRT is originally located

Enter the platform B at Harbour Front stop and get off at Clarke Quay.

That will be a ride of six stops after which ypu have to walk for eleven minutes to be at the destination.

District 13

Disttict 13 comprises two areas: Macpherson and Potong Pasir.

Macpherson is a mini industrial region nestled along the Circuit road.

It is bordered by Aljunied , Geylang and Paya Lebar.

Potong Pasir is bordered by Toa Payoh to the left, and is a residential area significant for being ruled by Chiam See Tong from the opposition to the ruling party.
