Park Colonial Review
Is it a good buy or bad buy?
Reports of success by different developers are the best proof that this year has a lot to be looked forward to when it comes to the property sales in Singapore.
CAPITALAND Limited is one of such companies that made a statement that they saw a 4.4% rise in their net profit in the Q2.
Their net profit for this year is estimated at $605.5 million.
The total rise in the revenue is 35.3%, which amounts to $1.34 billion.
Singapore and China account for over 70% of their revenue for this year, making them one of the leading developers on the market.
CDL is also one of the developers proud to state their huge success in this year.
Namely, they boast 79.5% rise in their August net profit in comparison to the same period last year.
Their revenue for the quarter is $1.36 billion, and the success can be traced to the strong property sales of units of their recently launched projects such as The Tapestry in Tampines and New Futura in the onie Hill Road.
This encouraging news should be enough to say that the cooling measures that seem to have wounded the Singaporean market are farbaway from being that detrimental to the investors.
The Park Colonial development is one of their future projects you should contemplate on if you are about to buy a condo in Singapore.
