What To Know About  Pasir Ris East Community Club

The Pasir Ris East Community Facility is the first co-tenanted community building to unite four organisations for the benefit of the locals: the Pasir Ris East Community Club, Pasir Ris Polyclinic, Pasir Ris Neighborhood Police Center (NPC), and the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) in Pasir Ris East Community Club.

At the intersection of Pasir Ris Drive 1 and Drive 4, this 6-story structure has a total floor space of over 11,000 square metres. The structure is home to the Pasir Ris East Community Club, Pasir Ris Neighbourhood Police Center, Association of Muslim Professionals, and Pasir Ris Polyclinic in Pasir Ris East Community Club. A rooftop covered basketball court, a multipurpose hall, a café, and a convenience shop among the development’s additional shared amenities.

Currently, the structure acts as a community gathering place.

Pilates – Matwork for Beginners

As you work out with the Dyna band, it will help you develop skills in fluid movement, attention, breathing, isolation, precision, centring, control, and routine.

The goal the course is to provide participants with enough Thai language proficiency to communicate effectively in daily life. Additionally, practise in greetings, introductions, numbers, and stating the time will be done in conversation.

The last day to enrol in courses using SkillsFuture credits is September 8, 2022. The $40 material fee is not refundable with the Skillsfuture Credit. Hoop Fitness – Beginners

The hula hoop may be a fun exercise with lots advantages; it is no longer only a toy for kids. Hula hooping is a high-intensity, low-impact cardio exercise that strengthens the core and enhances balance, flexibility, agility and coordination. Participants will pick up the fundamental hoop poses and techniques, which should be a lot of fun!


For new and returning students, ages Nine and above, and adults.

This training will beneficial everyone, whether you are a busy professional or a homemaker. You can choose from a selection of quick and simple foods that are nutritious alternatives to the typical diet.

Yin Yoga

A calm practise, yin yoga. From one to five minutes can be spent in a posture. In contrast to more energetic asana practice, yin yoga focuses on the connective tissues and joints. Yin yoga complements the dynamic and muscular (yang) kinds of yoga and emphasise internal heat extending and contracting our muscles. It is suitable for students of practically all skill levels. The connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine are typically the focus of yin yoga.
