History

Library assistance
SMU Libraries are dynamic locations that inspire and educate, and they are central to SMU’s downtown campus. Through two physical libraries, Li Ka Shing Library and Kwa Geok Choo Law Library, and digital resources, the Libraries support the research, teaching, and learning requirements of the SMU community.
Medical assistance
Mrs. Wong Kwok Leong Student Wellness Centre connects students with specialists who provide counselling and other support services and programs that improve mental and emotional health. Its amenities, The Counselling Place and The Cosy Haven – provide a haven for students who need a break from the stresses of academic life.
Facilities for sports
CCAs and students can make reservations for modern arts and sports facilities. SMU matriculated students, exchange students, bridge students, staff, and professors have exclusive access to these facilities. Except for the swimming pool and sports hall, which gets housed in the SMU Administration Building, most arts, and sports facilities are located in the SMU basement concourse.
