Urban Treasures is located within walking distance of 2 MRT stations, Kaki Bukit and Ubi stations. Both Kaki Bukit and Ubi MRT are on the Downtown Line, which gives condo residents easy access to various industrial and commercial hubs in the area.

Urban Treasures developer is Fragrance Treasures Pte Ltd. Fragrance Group Ltd is a renowned property developer with major projects in Asia, Europe, and Australia.  Its main focus is the development of residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial properties. Urban Treasures has convenient amenities all around. It is within walking distance to two MRT stations on the Downtown (Blue) line: Kaki Bukit (830 meters) and Ubi stations (910 meters). Both of these stations give residents access to various industrial and technological zones. Most importantly, it gives them access to important interchanges – the Tampines Interchange, the MacPherson Interchange, Newton Interchange, and the Chinatown Interchange. The Tampines Interchange, which is 4 stations away from Kaki Bukit, is an interchange for the East-West Line (Green Line).  MacPherson station is an interchange for the Circle Line, and Newton station is an interchange for the North-South line. The Chinatown Interchange, which is about 8 stations away from Ubi station, is an interchange for the North-East line.

Urban Treasures Investment Opportunities

Within an 8-minute drive from Urban Treasures is Paya Lebar Air Base, which is currently a military airbase but starting 2030, it will be transformed into about 800 hectares of sustainable and highly-livable new towns.  There will be a commercial hub with jobs and amenities for its future residents.
