Yishun Community Hospital provides rehabilitation services and is one of Singapore’s major community hospitals. The two hospitals, which are linked by sky link bridges and are located next to the acute-care Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, provide an integrated care experience for patients via a connected network of healthcare teams, information flow, and treatment plans.
The Yishun Community Hospital, with 428 beds, offers intermediate treatment for patients who do not need the critical care services of an acute-care hospital.
Through treatment and education, the services will assist patients recover and restore their health and everyday functions.

Our nurses at Yishun Community Hospital are dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment for our dementia patients. Our palliative care team consists of doctors and nurses with palliative care training who collaborate with allied healthcare providers to support and journey the patient and family with the aim of increasing quality of life throughout the duration of the severe disease.
