35 Gilstead is a luxurious project which is developed by the reputed developers of Singapore. TEE Land has decided to buy the freehold land site on Gilstead road.

They have paid almost $72 million for the collective land. The project is basically located in District 11.

The deal that TEE Land made for 35 Gilstead involves the project to be redeveloped. It has drawn the attention of a lot of lawmakers.

The existing unit owners are said to be given almost $5.9 million to $7.5 million as per the space of their respective units.

The collective sale of 35 Gilstead was sealed by a private treaty. The brokerage was done by William Gan Realty. It was a unanimous approval by the former owners.

The estimated developmental charge is said to be around $15.1 million.

The monthly price for the existing units has been around S$2300 PSF as of 2017.

One can only wait and watch till all the details of the new project are out. Also, it is difficult to estimate an amount at this time without the knowledge of the exact facilities and amenities that will be provided at the condo.

At the same time, looking back at the other projects from TEE Land, it is quite evident that the whole place will be redeveloped in to almost a resort

35 Gilstead Holland Review

The re development deal of this project has drawn a lot of attention of all the lawmakers. The deal was carried out by William Gan Realty. The former company owners gave a unanimous approval.

The existing owners of 35 Gilstead will be given $5.9 million to $7.5 million, according to the size of their units.

The developmental charge of the whole site area is estimated to be $15.1 million.

The monthly price for the existing units has been around S$2300 PSF as of 2017.

Apart from that, nothing has been declared from the developers. Once can only wait and watch until the formal announcement of the developers regarding the floor plans and facilities.

After that, it will be easier to form an estimation of the prices for 35 Gilstead.
