Who We Are
Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd is a well-established specialized property developer that was founded in Singapore in 1983. We’ve developed a diverse portfolio of projects, including private condos, landed housing, cluster-strata housing, executive condominiums, and mixed-use commercial complexes. Hoi Hup has completed over 7,300 high-quality houses to date.

The 33-story mixed-use Royal Square in Novena is one of our most recent projects. The first Courtyard by Marriot branded hotel in Singapore, this major development includes retail shops, restaurants, medical suites, and a 250-room hotel run by the Marriot Group. The project is also the first in our portfolio to achieve a Green Mark Platinum Award from BCA Singapore, indicating our first step toward creating more ecologically friendly goods.
