Bukit View Primary School, which shares the same building as Bukit View Secondary School, first opened its doors in Bukit Batok in January 1986.

Bukit View Primary School relocated into its facility at Bukit Batok Street 21, where it gets now located, on March 24, 1986. The school first opened its doors on August 31, 1988. Bukit View Primary School has consistently expanded its facilities since its inception in 1986 to create a favorable atmosphere for teaching and learning. 

A new classroom building, enhanced administration and staff quarters, a library and canteen, expanded computer and science laboratories, and better-equipped unique rooms were enhancements. Bukit View Primary School gets chosen as one of five prototype schools in 2009 to experiment with novel pedagogies for engaged learners in the teaching and learning domain. The drama gets used to encourage students’ confidence, critical thinking, teamwork, and curiosity. Bukit View Primary School was awarded the Applied Learning Programme in Developing Thinkers, Collaborators, and Communicators in 2016 to educate pupils with 21st-century capabilities.

The school aspires to give every child a broad-based education with chances for skills development guided by our concept that “Every child can learn and succeed.” The student-centered concept gets based on the belief that every child has the intrinsic potential to acquire information and skills. Unique Programs and services at Bukit View Primary School:

The school’s ALP includes Developing Thinkers, Collaborators, and Communicators. Students can take part in one-of-a-kind activities like ACTION! Also, a master’s degree. The former allows students to participate in a play and practice skills such as articulation, social interaction, and critical thinking.

MBA, or Mass Brain Activities, allows students to strengthen their logical thinking abilities by playing various board games. Bukit View ensures that games are a part of their learning experience since they play an important role in harnessing these children’s intelligent minds.

Co-Curricular Activities:

Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) allow students to explore their interests, form connections and feel more connected to their school and community. Students gradually learn CCA-specific knowledge, abilities, values, and attitudes via continued engagement in CCA. Students will also gain social-emotional competencies, 21st Century Competencies, which will help them better prepare for a future that is becoming increasingly globalized and complicated.
