School Philosophy, Culture, and Ethos:

Every staff member is responsible for cultivating this culture and tone, which gets reflected in every aspect of the school’s curriculum delivery. It includes how lessons agents plan and learn are shared, how safety gets managed, how discipline gets enforced, and how relationships and partnerships form.

Cantonment Primary School believes that a caring and collaborative school culture and tone are the foundation for the entire development.

We also think that a caring and collaborative atmosphere maintains the high academic standards and rigor that get anticipated.

School mission:

“To encourage and enable our pupils to reach their full potential and goals to make a meaningful contribution to the school and community.”

‘Nurture’ and ’empower’ are crucial phrases in our mission statement. While the objective represents our goal, the technique we’ve chosen, ‘to nurture and empower,’ provides the kid ownership, responsibility, and autonomy acknowledging his ability as a person with potential. To give him a sense of purpose and context to participate actively at school and in society. We start with his objectives and interests. The teacher is positioned as a catalyst in the mission statement since it is through his loving, leading, and teaching that the kid will empower.

School Vision:

“Concerned Citizens, Innovative Thinkers, and Passionate Learners” is the school’s vision.

Citizenship is critical in the global economy of the twenty-first century. We understand the importance of instilling in our kids a feeling of pride in their homeland. We want our children to grow up to be deeply rooted in Singapore, have a strong sense of civic consciousness, be well-informed, and actively participate in improving the lives of those around them. Our mission statement emphasizes the development of innovative thinkers who possess the creative, analytical, and evaluative abilities that will prepare them for a new world and provide them with a solid foundation for enhancing the quality of the lives they touch.
