School Philosophy, Culture, and Ethos:
Academic achievement and character development are hallmarks of a comprehensive education at our school, where we focus on students’ complete development. Our value-added academic achievement and CCA results represent the school’s commitment to enabling each student to reach their full potential. The Jurong West(JW) Experience gets based on the notion that when children are interested in and love what they do, they will do well in school and be more motivated to follow their interests after secondary school. Our innovative LLP and ALP developed with the future and national ambitions in mind as a future-oriented and forward-looking school. Jurong West Secondary School provides a wide range of fascinating academic and co-curricular possibilities through programs like Student Work Attachment, Student Leadership, Overseas Student Exchange, Talent Development in several disciplines, Enhanced Art Program, and areas like Exercise and Sports Science Computing. The JW experience gets designed to develop enthusiastic learners, inventive thinkers, and compassionate leaders by providing students with the information, skills, and values they need to succeed in their current and future endeavours.
