Yeung Ching School began as a private school for only Cantonese boys in 1905. Cantonese gets used as the medium of teaching. At Serangoon Avenue 3, the school relocated to a new facility with a whole new student population. She became a government school and was renamed Yangzheng Primary School in Hanyu Pinyin, with a new Principal, Mrs. Dorothy Francis. On the 22nd of October, Yangzheng Primary School celebrated its grand opening on the new site. The school commemorated its 100th anniversary with a year-long celebration in 2005.

They promote a healthy lifestyle, character development, teamwork, and the development of strong social and leadership abilities.The Primary 2 CCA Experience is held in the school to help our children understand our CCA program. It allows our students to peek at the many CCAs and make an educated decision when they sign up for a CCA in Primary 3.The success of our school’s CCA program depends on our parents’ active participation.
