Guide to Know about Endeavour Primary School

At Endeavour Primary, pupils are developed holistically, with school programs and activities planned using the CAMPS domains. These five student outcomes are for a Values-based Holistic Program, and they have LLP (Learning for Life Programme) which is “Every Child a Performer” and ALP (Applied Learning Programme) which is “Nurturing Thinking” to reinforce these objectives.

School Vision & Mission:

A Leading School of Engaged Learners with Strong Values is the Endeavour Primary School vission.

Provide a one-of-a-kind educational experience in a nurturing setting to help each kid develop cognitive, aesthetic, moral, physical, and social skills.

Distinctive Programs and Services:

ECHP (Every Child Holistic program) is a one-of-a-kind program in Endeavour Primary School that allows the school to support and nurture the holistic development of students. Every child will get groomed to be a leader, a writer, a performer, an artist, and a responsible citizen as part of the overarching ECHP.

Every Child A Performer (ECAP) is a program that serves students of all ages and stages of development. The program emphasises character building and citizen education to educate our students for the 21st Century with generating interest and nurturing talent in the performing arts.

Nurturing Thinkers through Knowledge Building (KB) Practices (ALP) has been well developed in school over the years, thanks to the collaboration with ETD/MOE, to encourage Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning. The teacher models the inquiry process in KB while fostering students to collaborate and build on one other’s knowledge through the online Knowledge Forum (KF).

Endeavor Programme for Active Learning (EPAL) gets launched by the school in 2011. EPAL activities have four categories: sports and games, performing arts, outdoor education, and visual arts. During EPAL, Primary 1 and 2 students participate in meaningful activities while learning new and fantastic skills that will benefit them in the future.

Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs):

CCAs are vital in holistic student development because they allow students to explore their interests and talents. As kids study, play, and grow together, friendships get formed among classmates from various backgrounds. Students develop values and 21st Century competencies simultaneously, preparing them for a quickly changing world. CCA enhances social integration and strengthens students’ sense of belonging, dedication, and duty to their school, community, and country.

Various CCAs are :

  • Aesthetics
  • Clubs
  • Uniform Groups
  • Sports & Games

Student Development Team:

The goal of the Student Development Team is to improve students educational experiences, with a particular emphasis on the values of education and the development of their social and emotional needs.

It gets achieved through the Year Head structure, in which a Year Head or Assistant Year Head controls each level and works closely with Form Teachers and Co-Form Teachers to provide students with social and emotional support.
