A private residential development that is soon to be opened, Myra Condo is a boutique-sized development in the heart of District 13. The land parcel on which the condo will rise used to be 17 separate parcels belonging to individual owners. That is, until Malaysia-based developer Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB) purchased all 17 parcels through their associate company, Tiara Land Private Limited in 2018 for S$60.2 million.
The total size of the lot is 1,667.5 square meters, and the development is said to be part of a rejuvenation project for the entirety of the Potong Pasir Estate. The Myra Condo is expected to have a total of 85 units to offer, ranging from a one-bedroom haven to an impressive four-bedroom suite. With the estate set to be designed as a ‘community within a garden’, Myra developers are integrating growth and wellness into the project and ensuring an energised and holistic environment for residents.

The development’s location was once Singapore’s agricultural core, until rapid redevelopments were made, transforming the area into a thriving neighborhood in the 1980s.
